MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

SECTION 46. COMPOSITION.

The Educational forum is open to all members and non-member cooperatives.

SECTION 47. ADVISORY AND CONSULTATIVE NATURE.

The Educational Forum shall be an advisory and consultative body to the Annual General Assembly. Any decision of the forum has to be adopted formally during the Annual General Assembly or Membership Council meeting before the same becomes binding to PFCCO.

COMMITTEES

SECTION 40. ADMINISTRATIVE COMMITTEE.

The Administrative Committee shall be composed of the Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer, and the Manager. It shall meet monthly and oversee The implementation of policies and resolutions of the Membership Council.

SECTION 41. CREDIT COMMITTEE.

OFFICERS

SECTION 32. QUALIFICATIONS AND DIS-QUALIFICATION OF OFFICERS AND COMMITTEE MEMBERS.

ARTICLE V
MEMBERSHIP COUNCIL

SECTION 27. FUNCTION.

The general management of the affairs of the Federation shall be vested in the Membership Council.

There shall be a maximum of fifteen (15) members of the Council, thirteen (13) of whom shall represent each of the qualified Regional Leagues as defined by PFCCO; and two (2) elected-at-large, one to represent the Women and Youth sector, and the other to represent he Coop Managers sector.

GOVERNMENT

SECTION 19. ANNUAL GENERAL ASSEMBLY (AGA).

The supreme authority of the federation is vested on its annual General Assembly composed of regular Members in good standing. The AGA shall be held not later than the last week – end of April of each year at the time and place to be determined by the Membership Council.

SECTION 20. POWERS OF THE AGA.

FINANCES

SECTION 11. FUNDS.

The funds and income of the PFCCO shall be derived from the following

  1. Membership fees;
  2. Annual Dues;
  3. CETF Contributions;
  4. Share capital, investment, and deposits from members;
  5. Proceeds from business services;
  6. Issuance of papers of Indebtedness;
  7. Bonds and Debentures;
  8. Loans (Internal and External)
  9. Donations and special assessments; and
  10. Other sources not contrary to the law.
