MEMBERSHIP

SECTION 4. MEMBERSHIP.

1. The members of the PHILIPPINE FEDERATION OF CREDIT COOPERATIVES (PFCCO) shall be the registered Regional Leagues.
2. Membership is either regular or associate.
3. A Regular Member must be a Regional League registered with the Cooperative Development Authority, invests in the Central Finance Facility (CFF), pays Annual Dues, remits CETF, and complies with requirements and rules the Membership Council may impose.
4. A Regional League, which fails to qualify as a Regular Member may be admitted as an Associate Member.
