SECTION 19. ANNUAL GENERAL ASSEMBLY (AGA).

The supreme authority of the federation is vested on its annual General Assembly composed of regular Members in good standing. The AGA shall be held not later than the last week – end of April of each year at the time and place to be determined by the Membership Council.

SECTION 20. POWERS OF THE AGA.

Any matter of concern to the federation may be brought to the annual general assembly, including but not limited to:
