OFFICERS

SECTION 32. QUALIFICATIONS AND DIS-QUALIFICATION OF OFFICERS AND COMMITTEE MEMBERS.

1. Qualification of Membership Council and Committee Members.
   1. Must be a natural born Filipino citizen, and an elected or authorized officer of a league in good standing.
   2. The League to which the officer or the committee member belongs must be a member in good standing for at least one (1) year prior to the elections.
