COMMITTEES

SECTION 40. ADMINISTRATIVE COMMITTEE.

The Administrative Committee shall be composed of the Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer, and the Manager. It shall meet monthly and oversee The implementation of policies and resolutions of the Membership Council.

SECTION 41. CREDIT COMMITTEE.

The Credit committee, composed of three (3) Members elected during the Annual General Assembly, shall perform the following functions:
