Our VISION
“Strong and Sustainable Credit Unions in the Philippines.”
It is our conviction to ensure our member cooperatives to be incessantly providing affordable financial services to members. To carry our its function, our members should meet their financial viability, operational efficiency, member-customer and employee satisfaction and competitive position, knowledgeable and involved board of directors and quality products and services.
Our MISSION
“PFCCO operates in collaboration with its members to intensify and promote credit unions as helpful vehicle for community and economic development of people.”
KEY ORGANIZATIONAL OBJECTIVES
The logo shows PFCCO’s hands uplifting the lives of Filipinos as represented by the three Sun’s rays in the form of persons which also stand for the three major island groupings of Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. The yellow color of the Sun’s ray suggests a brighter future and best symbolize the resurgence of PFCCO.

General Policies
PURPOSE:
The purpose of this policy is to emphasize PFCCO and REGIONAL LEAGUE legal identity as a tertiary and secondary financial intermediary. The policy sets the basic framework for the organization’s culture that serves as basis of carrying out business operation and professional attitude of its leaders and staff.
